Additional Terms:
1) Customer is required to furnish Certificate of Insurance for General Liability of $1,000,000 and “loss payee” for Loss and / or Damage with respect to Equipment/facility in the amount of $500,000. ABS-CBN International as additional insured for the duration of the rental.
2) Cancellation charges – none apply unless additional services are required
3) Customer is responsible for clean up and return of rental facilities to its original condition
4) Manpower excluded
5) 50% downpayment upon confirmation of booking, and the balance due upon completion of rental
6) 150% overtime rate after 10hrs for manpower
